Un articolo la descrive come il "tuffarsi dentro la colonna sonora di un film dark, con Amy che canta e sussurra che dà luce al tutto. L'atmosfera di profonda penombra perdura attraverso l'intero brano. I campioni d DJ Lethal ancora una volta si abbinano perfettamente con la canzone."

Durante un concerto in Cile nel 2007 Amy perse la voce cantando il brano, ragione per cui probabilmente gli Evanescence hanno smesso di suonare questo brano live così presto.

Descrizione di Amy del brano:

E' sul separarsi. Ci sono molte problemi di relazioni sul disco. Io scrivo sempre su ciò che ho vissuto, perchè è genuino. Stavo combattendo per una relazione e mi sentii come uno spreco di tempo. La prima linea dice tutto, 'Se vuoi vivere, lascia vivere / Se vuoi andare, lascia andare / Cosa stiamo facendo qui?/ Perchè io posso vivere senza di te.'
