If You Don't Mind is an outtake from The Open Door.
In May 2007, a false intro appeared online, but it was confirmed on EvThreads that it is fake. This song is called "True" by Akira Yamaoka, and is included in BSO of the video game Silent Hill 2.
A promo CD containing this track [along with The Last Song I'm Wasting on You, Together Again with a longer intro, and four instrumentals (Instrumental 1, Instrumental 2, Instrumental 3 and Instrumental 4)], was put up for sale on eBay.[2] The seller of the promo was asked by "a representative of 110 Management" to withdraw the CD from sale, and the seller complied.
Evanescence performed If You Don't Mind live for the first time on October 4, 2012 in Porto Alegre, Brazil; the first show of their South American tour.[3] Amy opened the song by saying

The studio version of the song was leaked to YouTube on January 20, 2013.
It was officially released on the b-side album, Lost Whispers as part of The Ultimate Collection LP set, and then digitally released on February 17, 2017.
