In an interview published in March 2013, Amy explained they didn't have the budget to make a "big, giant old-school Evanescence video", but making a video for "Lost in Paradise" was important to her, even if it wasn't released:

In January 15, 2013, it was announced on Evanescence's Facebook page that AmpRock will be featuring a live filmed acoustic performance of "Lost in Paradise" in January 17, 2013. On January 17, 2013, AMPRock TV uploaded the acoustic performance of Lost in Paradise on their YouTube channel. See the video here.

Lost in Paradise - "The Words" series

A video for "Lost in Paradise" was produced for a black and white series titled "The Words." The series was of a selection of lyrics of the most influential bands and artists in a "completely new way."

Other songs from the series include: "Under The Water" (The Pretty Reckless), "Absolute Zero" (Stone Sour), "When We Were Younger" (You Me At Six), "Overneath The Path Of Misery" (Marilyn Manson), "The Kids From Yesterday" (My Chemical Romance), "Chaos Lives In Everything" (Korn) and "Fallen Angels" (Black Veil Brides). The black-and-white videos were directed by Tim Wilson.
