HeadCount is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that helps to make it easy to register to vote for U.S. citizens. Evanescence teamed up with them to promote Use My Voice, the third single off The Bitter Truth. If you visit www.usemyvoice.org between August and September 30, 2020 to get yourself vote-ready (for U.S. citizens only), you will get access to a free, private online performance from Evanescence in October. For fans outside the U.S. they can pledge to vote here and they will also get sent the link for the performance nearer the time.

Amy Lee said:

Unfortunately, what happened there is not unique in America. It happens all the time, especially in underserved communities in our country. Now, add COVID-19 into the mix and you have the perfect combination of factors to continue to suppress the voice of the people.

The Use My Voice campaign is about empowering people to use their voice at the ballot box. Promoting easy access to registration and voting is not a Democratic or Republican issue – it’s an American issue and one we should all promote because there’s nothing more patriotic than supporting participation in our democratic process.”[1]
