Rock in Rio is a recurring music festival originating in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It later branched into other locations such as Lisbon, Madrid and Las Vegas.
Rock in Rio 2011
Evanescence performed at this festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on October 2, 2011 whilst promoting their third, self-titled album. They played on the World Stage before System of a Down and Guns N' Roses. The songs Made of Stone, My Heart Is Broken and Sick made their live debut at the show.
