Blind: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is a soundtrack album for the 2017 independent movie, Blind, that features music from Amy Lee, Dave Eggar and Chuck Palmer.

It was first announced that Amy was writing music for the movie in an MTV interview on September 14, 2016, when she was promoting her children's album Dream Too Much. She attended the film's premiere at Woodstock Film Festival in New York on October 13, 2016. This is what she had to say in an interview at the after-party;

I did some music for the film, Blind, so I'm here for that and we just got to see the premiere and loved it. It was really cool to be a part of something with so many talented people involved. I feel like there's a lot more freedom in some ways in independent film because there's not, you know, a giant machine. This is the second time I've been pulled in by my collaborator, Dave Eggar, and also Chuck Palmer to do some collaboration with them in the film world, so super grateful for that. I mean they do all the hard work, I wrote a couple of cool themes and then it got put all over the movie, which is so cool, but they did all the hard work.

On February 21, 2017, it was confirmed on Twitter that the title of the song Amy wrote for the film is called Through Your Eyes.

In an exclusive interview with fan site, Evanescence Crew, Chuck Palmer confirmed that Amy also wrote another song called The Final Leap and as well as vocals, Amy created "some incredible instrumental compositions".

Release and promotion

It was announced on January 19, 2018 that the soundtrack will be released on January 26th and is available to pre-order on Amazon.
