BMG Rights Management GmbH, also known as BMG, is an international music company based in Berlin, Germany. It combines the activities of a music publisher and a record label. With a distribution deal, Amy Lee and Evanescence release music independently under exclusive license to BMG since they parted ways with Wind-up Records in 2014. The band's back catalog was owned by The Bicycle Music Company until it was transferred to reissue label Craft Recordings.
