The "What You Want" single is the first single from the band's self-titled third album, ''[[Evanescence (album)|Evanescence]]''. The song was digitally released on August 9, 2011 exclusively on [[iTunes]],<ref name=taylorswift /> and it was released to other digital retailers on August 16.<ref name=ignnewalbum /> The CD single was released on September 9, 2011 in Germany.<ref name=germancd />


The What You Want single is from the forthcoming [[Evanescence (album)]]. The song itself was released on August 9th, 2011 and the promotional CD single is set to be released on September 9th, 2011.
This may be the first Evanescence single without a WUJC (US radio promo) release. Most radio stations get their content digitally nowadays, especially in the US.

The "What You Want" single is the first single from the band's self-titled third album, Evanescence. The song was digitally released on August 9, 2011 exclusively on iTunes,[1] and it was released to other digital retailers on August 16.[2] The CD single was released on September 9, 2011 in Germany.[3]

This may be the first Evanescence single without a WUJC (US radio promo) release. Most radio stations get their content digitally nowadays, especially in the US.
