The My Immortal single was released in the UK on December 8, 2003, and to the rest of the world on December 30, 2003. This was the first single release to not have a DVD single released in the UK.

- This release was apparently released in fairly limited edition. After pressing stopped, it became very difficult to find and now sells for upwards of $70 through online auction venues.
