• This release was apparently released in fairly limited edition. After pressing stopped, it became very difficult to find and now sells for upwards of $70 through online auction venues.

This release is a radio promo, but was slightly available to consumers (sometimes mistaken as UK CD 2). It looks the same as the international consumer single, sans a barcode and with different tracks. About 100 of these discs exist.
