We Are The Fallen is rock band formed in 2009, by former Evanescence members Ben Moody, Rocky Gray and John LeCompt, former American Idol contestant Carly Smithson and Marty O'Brien from Disturbed.
Originally the band intended to release a few songs every two months for a year and a half. Instead the band signed a record deal with Universal Republic on October 28, 2009 and announced a debut album for an early 2010 release. They announced on December 12, 2009 that they had finished recording the album. The band has also announced via Twitter a support tour with H.I.M[1] and the release of Bury Me Alive via iTunes.
