UK Cassette Single
Status: Out of Print
Label: Wind-Up/Epic
- Bring Me To Life [Album Version]
- Farther Away [Album Version]
- Bring Me To Life [Bliss Mix]
- This is the only single by Evanescence to be released in the MC, or Cassette Tape format. It is VERY limited; only a few thousand or so were ever produced.
- The cassette comes in a cardboard sleeve without the standard plastic cassatte case. Both the A and B sides of the cassette contain the same tracks. The Dolby® logo appears on the cassette because the MC format is owned by—and was originally created by—Dolby® Laboratories, Inc.
- Both sides play the same tracklisting.
Australia/US/Europe CD Single
The initial pressing of the Aussie single included the B-Side Missing, however after the initial pressing, the tracklisting was modified, replacing Missing with the enhanced music video. The initial pressing is highly valued by collectors and often sells for over $50 in online auctions.

Daredevil Radio Promo

- Bring Me To Life (3:58)
- This radio promo disc from late 2002 is highly valued by collectors because it symbolizes the springboard that the film provided for Evanescence.
- This is the only release from Wind-up Records that uses the old Evanescence logo.
- David Hodges is shown on the front cover (to the right of Amy) in his only promotional shot with the band since Origin.

- Bring Me To Life (3:58)
- This is a promotional 'Acetate' CD that was released in Japan to radio stations. The disc itself is a blue polycarbonate CD-R.

- It also features track information as well as a short synopsis of the movie Daredevil featuring sections about the story, the cast and "The New Hero."
- This disc appears to have been released after the standard Daredevil promo, because it features (on the inside of the insert) the modern Evanescence Logo as well as the title 'Bring Me To Life' in the evanescent font.
