This song is a cover of My Immortal that caused controversy after being listed on the Evanescence BMI page. Forró Na Veia, who formed in 2003, share a record label and publisher. Faixa Five is an alternative title for the song "O mar e as lembranças"[1], a My Immortal Cover[2]. For this reason tha track is accredited to A. Lee, B. Moody and D. Hodges. The title means "Track 5" in Portuguese. Forró[3] is a genre of music originating from Brazil.
