Instead of releasing an album, the band is going to release a few songs every two months for a year and a half. They currently have one single available for download on their MySpace page called 'Bury Me Alive'.

After ''Fallen'' was completed, Ben hired his friends John and Rocky as tour players to play on the ''Fallen'' tour. We Are The Fallen (WATF) is rock band formed in 2009 by former Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody, including former Evanescence drummer Rocky Gray and rhythm guitarist John LeCompt, former American Idol singer Carly Smithson, and bassist Marty O'Brien.
