Dave Fortman (born July 11, 1967) is an American record producer and musician, known for producing and mixing Evanescence's first two albums, Fallen (except Bring Me to Life) and The Open Door.[1][2] He has also produced albums for Mudvayne, 12 Stones, Atomship, Boysetsfire, Superjoint Ritual, Ugly Kid Joe, and Otep. He co-owns a recording studio called Balance Productions.
