BMG Rights Management GmbH, also known as BMG, is an international music company based in Berlin, Germany. It combines the activities of a music publisher and a record label. Amy Lee and Evanescence release music independently under exclusive licence to BMG since they parted ways with Wind-up Records in 2013. The band's back catalog is owned by The Bicycle Music Company.
