MTV World Stage: Evanescence 3D was a special show that MTV aired on March 16, 2012. It was recorded at Evanescence's concert at Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas on January 21, 2012. Before the show, Amy's father, John Lee gave a small speech and introduced the band to the stage. It is available to watch online (except My Last Breath - watch here).
