Dennis Rider is the former manager of Evanescence, from 2002 to 2005.[1] In December 2005, he sued Amy Lee for breach of contract. In response, Amy Lee sued Rider for "'breach of fiduciary duty,' sexual assault and battery, professional negligence and currency conversion, among other claims." The affair ended with the termination of the employment relationship.[2]
