Commanding a wide range of genres, Agresta has collaborated with many hip hop, R&B, and pop icons, including Jay-Z, Beyoncé Knowles, Enya, Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Nettles, Alan Jackson, Frank Ocean and The Roots.

She is Amy Lee's harp teacher and recorded the harp parts for Evanescence's fourth studio album, Synthesis. Kirsten features in episode 3 of Inside Synthesis.[2] She also recorded harp for the band's cover of Fleetwood Mac's The Chain in 2019.
