Dennis Rider is the former manager of Evanescence. In December 2005 he sued Amy Lee for breach of contract. In response, Amy Lee sued Rider for "'breach of fiduciary duty,' sexual assault and battery, professional negligence and currency conversion, among other claims." The affair ended with the termination of the employment relationship.[1]
