Only Happy When It Rains è il secondo singolo estratto dall'album "Garbage", degli americani Garbage. Ebbe un grande successo nel Regno Unito, in cui fu il primo singolo del gruppo a entrare nella Top 40. Gli Evanescence ne fecero una cover durante dei concerti al Juanita's nel 2002[1]. Non è stata resa disponibile fino ad ora alcuna registrazione. Questo è quello che scrisse un recensore che assistette al concerto del 2002:
