Jason Jones managed, developed, and co-produced Evanescence’s early work for 2 years. He is the co-producer of both of Evanescence's EPs, the first one is noted, the second one is not.^{[citation needed]} They were recorded and paid for by Jason Jones and Ben Moody and recorded on Jason's equipment.^{[citation needed]} Jason also came up with the name "Origin."^{[citation needed]} Long time friend of Ben Moody. He is responsible for introducing Ben and David to each other.^{[citation needed]} He was last known to be a PR/Promotion Manager with Haphazard Music.
