Dreading Sundown é uma banda de metal cristã formada em agosto de 2005 em Hot Springs no Arkansas. Tocando por 2 anos ao lado de bandas como The Aracia Strain, Every Time I Die, Unearth, Straight Line Stitch, The Chariot, Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster, Showbread, Day Of Fire, My Children My Bride, As Cities Burn, e The Handshake Murders, a banda se separou devido à diferença de estilo entre seus integrantes. Em 2009, os 5 membros voltaram juntos com um novo sentimento de paixão pela banda. A banda é oficialmente um ministério, ou seja, não algo usado por alguém para um benefício pessoal. Em 27 de Junho a banda irá dividir o palco com uma das suas maiores influências, Living Sacrifice no Vinos Brew Pub em Little Rock. Ao lado estarão também os amigos do Ashes Of Augustine.
