VH1 Greatest Hard Rock Songs was a program on VH1 Classic provided by VH1 http://www.vh1.com/video/play.jhtml?id=1590076&vid=18144. Hosted by Bret Michaels, it was a five-part program that first aired from December 29, 2008, to January 2, 2009. Commentary over the songs was provided by the likes of David Coverdale, Ozzy Osbourne, Iggy Pop, Ronnie James Dio, Slash, Lemmy, Sebastian Bach, Dee Snider, Sammy Hagar, Scott Stapp, Joe Perry, Rob Halford, Ted Nugent, Amy Lee, Edgar Winter, Nikki Sixx, Andrew W.K., Scott Ian, Dave Mustaine, Alice Cooper, Scott Weiland, Kip Winger, Don Dokken, Dave Navarro and more.[1][2]
