One of two collaborations between David Hodges and Amy Lee. Breathe is actually a very well known inspirational song. Recorded in 2000 for The Summit Church’s Summit Worship CD, now out of print. The final quote is from the Bible, Romans 8:38-39.
Lyrics
This is the air I breathe
This is the air I breathe
Your holy presence living in me
This is my daily bread
This is my daily bread
Your very word spoken to me
And I, I'm desperate for you
And I, I'm lost without you
This is the air I breathe
This is the air I breathe
Your holy presence living in me
This is my daily bread
This is my daily bread
Your very word spoken to me
And I, I'm desperate for you I'm desperate for you
And I, I'm lost without you I'm lost without you
And I, I'm desperate for you I'm desperate for you
And I, I'm lost without you I'm lost without you
I'm lost without you
I'm lost without you I'm lost without you
This is the air I breathe
This is the air I breathe
Your holy presence living in me
And I, I'm desperate for you I'm desperate for you
And I, I'm lost without you I'm lost without you
And I, I'm desperate for you I'm desperate for you
And I, I'm lost without you I'm lost without you
I'm lost without you I'm lost without you
I'm lost without you
