The video for the song is a live performance video filmed in an abandoned area of the Lancaster Desert in California. The video was filmed in mid-March 2004. The director was Nigel Dick, who is also known for directing the MTV Video Music Award winner “Hero”. There used to be a crystal meth lab there, before it blew up twice. They filmed the video on the scene as it was. This is the second single off of the Punisher soundtrack (Drowning Pool’s Step Up was the first) and the first single off of Seether’s remixed Disclaimer II. | |||

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe - Lead singer Amy Lee had been asked to work on the second soundtrack released by the movie, however, had been turned down when asked to change the style of music on the record. Her work had been replaced with the work that Alanis Morrissette did for the album.
Cold - Former band of current Evanescence guitarist Terry Balsamo. Amy Lee formally apologized to the band and their fans on the Cold message board and the Evboard in January after making comments referring to Scooter Ward’s health and the band’s future. The band (along with Revis, Cauterize, and Finger Eleven) toured with Evanescence during the Nintendo Fusion Tour.

Dolphins Cry, The - Cover of the Live song from 1999's The Distance to Here album. Performed at a Little Rock show on February 3rd, 2001. There is a minute and a half videoclip that features a part of the song being played. The importance of the clip is that it is the first publically displayed videoclip to ever feature a performance with David Hodges in it.

Efanar - One of the most memorable posters on the Evboard ever. The highlight of his Evboard stay was the "How Big Are Your Boobs?" Thread. Won the admiration of all of the best looking ladies on the Evboard. He lurks occasionally, but will be missed by all who remembers his posts.
End Has Come, The - Track provided by former Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody on the Punisher Soundtrack. Ben Moody plays guitar, Lance Garvin, former drummer of Living Sacrifice plays the drums, and Jason Miller (lead singer of Godhead) and Jason “Gong” Jones (lead singer of Drowning Pool) provide the vocals.
Equipment - Evanescence uses various types of instruments and such live.
Ben used Jackson guitars. John LeCompt uses Esp. Ltd. guitars. Terry uses Ibanez guitars. John, Ben, and Terrry use Line 6 guitar amps. In addition, Wah pedals have a heavy presence on most of Fallen's songs.

3. The name of the EP of the very first collection of Evanescence songs officially released in 1998. Features early versions of Where Will You Go, Imaginary, and Understanding. Also features the first song ever written for the band, Solitude. 100 copies of the EP were sold and sold out after an early performance by the band.
4. The name of a lesser-known album by a band called Scorn. Many confuse the Scorn album, with Evanescence’s works. Among the works of Scorn: Silver Rain Fell, Exodus, Night Tide and Falling.

Fall Into You - The first vocal collaboration between David Hodges and Amy Lee. Recorded in 2000 for Musical Demonstrations Pt. 1 now out of print.
Fallen - Amy Lee is quoted to have said, “We've all fallen, but at the same time we're not broken. There is the hint that we are going to get up again.” This is one of the reasons that Fallen is called what it is. Ben Moody in an interview said that Fallen was made to let people know that they aren’t alone when they feel alone or feel pain. Fallen has sold well over 12 million copies worldwide and about 5 and a half million in the US alone. The album debuted at #7 and has not fallen below #39 to date on the Billboard Album Chart. The album stayed in the top 10 for 43 non-consecutive weeks. Released March 4th, 2003. The CD was re-released in January 2004 with the band version of My Immortal. Fallen was Grammy nominated for Album of the Year in 2004.

Credited for writing the original version of Tourniquet for Soul Embraced and revamping Tourniquet on Fallen.

Heart Shaped Box - Classic grunge-era song recorded originally by Nirvana on In Utero in 1993, covered by Evanescence at live shows early in 2003 and an acoustic performance of which shows up on the Going Under single. The acoustic performance of this song was recorded at WXDX, an alternative station in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which occasionally still plays the acoustic performance.

Hodges, David - Former keyboarder/piano player of Evanescence. Joined in 2000 and left in December 2002, just 4 months before Fallen was released. Responsible for most of the string arrangements on Fallen. Collaborated with Amy Lee on Breathe and Fall Into You. Currently in the band Trading Yesterday. Trading Yesterday released The Beauty and The Tragedy in June 2004. Trading Yesterday was signed to Epic Records in the summer of 2004 ready to release their debut major label album in 2005. Hodges is currently dating the original American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson. It is rumored that Hodges co-wrote 3 songs on Clarkson's new album which is scheduled for release on Nov. 30th, 2004.

Juanita’s Restaurant - Mexican restaurant/club that featured Evanescence for their Fallen party on January 13th, 2003. It was there were they performed a breathtaking rendition of A Perfect Circle’s Orestes to finish their acoustic set.
Jones, Jason - Managed, developed and co-produced Evanescence’s early work for 2 years. Co-Procucer of both of Ev's EPs, the first one is noted, the second one is not. It also was recorded and paid for by Jason Jones and Ben and recorded on Jason's equipment. He is also the one that came up with the name "Origin". Long time friend of Ben Moody. Killsystem - John LeCompt and Rocky Gray’s band released a self-titled album in 2002. Chad Moore (lead vocalist of Soul Embraced) was a bassist and Lance Garvin was the drummer.

Lacuna Coil - Italian band formed in 1996 and led by Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro. Evanescence is constantly compared to this band. Their first EP was released in 1998. Their most recent release came on April 4, 2006 with Karmacode. The album features the singles "Our Truth" and "Closer" and features a cover of Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence." Ms. Scabbia is rumored to be a member on the Evboard.

LeCompt, John - Evanescence guitarist since 2002. Credited for writing Forever Gone, Forever You and Taking Over Me. Performs Paul McCoy’s part in Bring Me to Life during live shows. Provided vocals and guitar for Mindrage from 1998-2001. Killsystem vocalist/guitarist in 2002. Featured vocalist in Soul Embraced’s “Feels Like Forever” in early 2003. Collaborated with his brother Jimmy in a project called Burnt Offerings. The song they are known for doing together is called “Free But Hollow”. Voted by Evboarders as the sexiest male member past or present.

Lee, Amy Lynn - Co-founder and lead singer of Evanescence. Born in California on December 13, 1981, moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, Rockford, Illinois and finally stopped in Little Rock, Arkansas. Responsible for many of Evanescence’s hard hitting lyrics.
Collaborator on many projects, such as the Underworld project with Maynard James Keenan, lead singer of Tool and A Perfect Circle (scrapped) The Punisher Soundtrack’s Broken with Seether (where she also co-produced the string arrangement), Big Dismal’s Missing You, and David Hodges’ Breathe and Fall Into You.
John Lee, her father, is a well-known radio DJ on "The River" in Little Rock. Amy provides the image for the band and does most of the interviews. Ben Moody discovered Amy Lee’s voice in summer camp in 1994 when she performed Meatloaf’s I Would Do Anything For Love. After that, the rest is history. She is currently one of the most popular and sought after voices in music today. It is rumored that she can dance quite well in a monkey suit.
