O vídeo é um vídeo live-performance e foi dirigido por Philip Stolzl. O vídeo foi filmado em Berlim, na Alemanha, mas a maior parte foi filmada em Los Angeles, Califórnia, em maio de 2003. Segue-se a banda tocando com o que se pode presumir é um concerto em que eles são os cabeças de cartaz, Amy nadando e cantando debaixo d'água, e Ben sendo questionada incessantemente pela mídia (constantes perguntas da mídia sobre filiação religiosa da banda inspirou essa parte no vídeo). ''Evil Dead'', um dos filmes favoritos de Ben inspira o uso dos zumbis no vídeo{{fact}} ; as pessoas normais que frequentam o show se transformar em zumbis ao longo do vídeo. A cena subaquática foi idéia de Amy. Ela também desenhou dois dos figurinos que ela está usando no vídeo. O espartilho vermelho custou US $ 2.500 dólares, a maior quantidade de dinheiro que já tinha gasto em uma peça de roupa. O outro equipamento tinha sido costurada por Amy sozinha. "É branco e tem um monte de pedaços. Isso me lembra de algo que alguém que morreu usaria."
