When Amy was recording the score for the indie movie ''War Story'' (2014) with [[David Eggar]], she recorded a song titled "'''Push the Button'''" for director Mark Jackson. Amy explained to MTV News:

Push the Button is the first track from Amy Lee and Dave Eggar's soundtrack album, Aftermath, written for the film, War Story. Amy revealed the song in an interview with MTV News:

So I was like 'You know what? I can do this myself. It was like 'This is it, I'm mixing this.'[1] Vin2.jpg

Lyrics

Is this a dream?
I feel the earth beneath my feet (Can I play the hunter?)
The hunter is my name
Yes, I am the hunter
(Push the button)
We force it down
Put on a play to hide our shame (Can I play the hunter?)
No wonder we're in chains
Time to feed the hunger
(Push the button)
