  • curprev 19:0319:03, 26 October 2023Undermosa talk contribs 30,517 bytes −372 These four sources say the same thing, there's no need to put them all. The Metal Edge interview and Italian source already says the three songs that are also on Fallen and also gives more info. I left those two sources, which are more than enough for the sentence.

It was added back because Amy said " even some of the songs on Origin are the same songs on Fallen, but were just done right", although she doesn't specifically mention which songs

This a demo album, not a compilation, they made it like an album, though they don't considered it as such.

  • curprev 21:2521:25, 19 August 2023Undermosa talk contribs 29,717 bytes +1,042 Added more info. As said on the discussion page, a recording year was not stated by Amy and Ben. Origin is a demos compilation that has songs as old as 1995 and some that appeared on the 1998 EP, so it couldn't have been recorded in 1999.
  • curprev 06:1306:13, 19 August 2023Octopia talk contribs 28,675 bytes +489 Undo revision 39882 by Undermosa (talk) Provided a second source, now an interview with David Hodges, confirming the recording year as 1999.
  • curprev 01:5001:50, 19 August 2023Undermosa talk contribs 28,186 bytes +8 He literally says in that interview "We're currently retracking some songs at Ardent Studios in Memphis ... Those songs will be shopped to labels". It doesn't say anywhere that this recorded in 1999, so don't make things. In every interview he talked about Origin, like those mentioned here, he said Origin was demos they had, some they reworked, retracked/mastered at Ardent and shopped to labels, and they continued doing demos. Mastering is not recording. Tag: Undo

  • curprev 00:1300:13, 19 August 2023Undermosa talk contribs 28,186 bytes +8 Origin isn't mentioned at all in that interview. I added what he did say about it in a 2003 interview.
