Better Without You è la settima traccia del quarto album degli Evanescence, The Bitter Truth. Il titolo di questa traccia era già noto dall'agosto del 2020 quando il produttore Nick Raskulinecz aveva pubblicato su Instagram una foto di alcuni componenti della batteria di Will Hunt; in uno di essi infatti vi erano scritti i titoli di questa canzone e di Take Cover[1].
