christmas is near and as always in the pre-christmas period there´s a big question mark floating and turning over my head :rolleyes: what to buy as christmas-presents??? perhaps some of you know that problem too (actually i hope i´m not the only stupid, who has no idea :p)
i absolutely hate to make presents like socks, perfume or showergel *scary* -unless someone wished for it. i think it´s too obvious then, that you were in a loss with the gift...

so why don´t you tell me what you´re going to buy or already bought for christmas. inspire me ;)

here´s what i already bought:
- lots of toys for my two little cousins

- a shirt, 6 redwine-glasses and a bottle red wine for my aunt and her significant other

- a microwave for my third cousin (he wished for it too)

still don´t have the foggiest notion what to buy for my grandparents (they just had birthday on november 25 and turned 81 and 87 and it´s soo hard to find something nice for them :() and my uncle w.

for uncle a. i guess i´ll buy a little christmas tree and decorate it for him. he lives alone and doesn´t buy one for himself to save the money for more important things but i know that he misses to have a tree...

and i don´t buy something for my parents (and they don´t do for me) for christmas as they live in turkey -> a) shipping is too expensive :( and b) it´s not rarely that things disappear on their way to izmir :mad:

this is a good idea! I have NO idea what to get my husband. my friend shae is getting her favorite movies, POTC and Robin Hood (disney), sonya is getting pretty stationary she an write her b/f with since hes in the army now and a camo leash for her puppy, and josh is getting photoshop (friends). mom is getting i'll be home for christmas the old movie and dad ..... men are so hard to buy for! hope that helps

Well for my gf I got here the Grandia game for playstation one (she used to play it when she was younger and coudln't find it anywhere) =] and one of those film cell things from Alice in Wonderland.

i have no idea what i'm getting for my mom she's sooo hard to shop for, for my sister i'm getting her some kitchen appliances like a microwave, slow cooker and cappacino maker and dishes (just moved into an apatment) for my brother i'm getting an automatic quarterback so he can practice his football (he's the star tight end) and for anybody else i have no idea, i'm getting my son the geotrax set, he loves building and cars and stuff

My mum wants some pasta bowls, and a Snow Patrol CD, my sister will get her the CD and I'm getting her the bowls. I'll just get my dad a DVD or something, he's easy, not fussy like my mum...

Yay! My attitude paid off. I got two (2) boxes of Pepperidge Farm COOKIES today! My mom's class just let out for winter break and they had them for parties, but went unused. Best of all, they're a variety so... *dives into Milano's first* :)

Haha. I'm poor. I just got paid, so I can finally get my Xmas shopping done.

I'll probably just buy a game for my husband, and the rest of the people I know are insanely hard to shop for. Hell, my hubby is too, but wtfever. =)

When we were out shopping one day I heard William say that he thought the personalized picture coffee mugs were cool... So the other night when he was asleep I ordered him a big one with a picture of our son and personalized it the way that our son say's I love you..."I yov e Dada! -The Boy" I also bought him a Shirt with another pic of the two of them together that says "Me and the boy" I hope he likes it:)
